Owl in a hat

If you google "Owl in a hat", you will see my inspiration for this simple little guy. I even special-ordered the yarn to make him through an online art supply site since I couldn't find variegated brown yarn locally to save my freakin' life. The pom-pom on his hat is hand made--I'd initially worried I'd gotten carried away and made it too big, but I am very pleased with the finished result. The eyes are clear craft eyes from Suncatcher Eyes that I painted with yellow fabric paint.
